| Trovan transponders to identify new electronic ski binding

IMMEDIATE RELEASE January 3, 2003 London -- Trovan Ltd. has reached agreement with Implementors Inc., which is soon to launch the manufacture of a ground-breaking electronic ski binding, to insert Trovan microchips in the ski bindings. The purpose is to track ski bindings in rental shops and to provide anti-theft protection, as a value-added service to customers. In future, Implementors envisions that the inserted Trovan microchip can be used as a skipass.
